Patty Sue Eury, 81 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2015 in Albemarle.
Patty was born June 6, 1934 in Richmond County to the late David Palmer Smith and the late Minnie Ewing. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William "Ralph" Eury and her daughter-in-law, Teresa "Reesie" Smith.
Patty was of the Christian faith and was looking forward to her Heavenly home.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home-Albemarle. The graveside service will be on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Stanly Gardens of Memory, 2001 East Main Street in Albemarle, officiated by Eddie Pressley.
Survivors include a son, James Smith of Albemarle, daughters, Janie Hopkins and her husband Terry of Albemarle and Jewel Edwards and her husband Don of Midland, grandchildren, Katie, Stephanie and husband Justin, Nate and wife Kristi, and Noah, and great grandchildren, Sophia, Jace, and Brysin.
