Pauline Lisenby

Pauline Verble Lisenby,originally of 884 Old Charlotte Road, Concord died February 4, 2015, in Pleasant Garden, NC. Born June 14, 1926, in Cabarrus County to mother, Odessa Pressley Verble and father, Charlie Lee Verble. She was predeceased by her husband, Clyde L. Lisenby; brother, Oren A. Verble; daughter, P. Ann Lockamy and granddaughter, Alisa M. Lockamy.

Survivors include son-in-law, Ray G. Lockamy of Greensboro, NC; granddaughters, Carol Lockamy Humble of Trinity, NC and Sheri B. Lockamy of Pleasant Garden, NC; two great-granddaughters, Kaily N. Wilson and Ashlyn R. Humble; one great-grandson, Brandon Lockamy and one nephew, Roger D. Verble of Cocoa, Florida.

Mrs. Lisenby was a member of Southside Baptist Church. Reverend Joey Marrison will conduct the funeral at Hartsell Funeral Home, Concord, Saturday, February 7, 2015. Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm -1:00 pm, with a service immediately following in the chapel at 1:00 pm. Burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Lisenby was retired from Cabarrus County School System.
