Peggy Ross

Mrs. Peggy Louis Ross, 69, of Concord, died Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at Tucker Hospice House. She was born November 19, 1943 in Rowan County. Mrs. Ross worked as a seamstress and retired from Safewaze. She loved to sew and bake, often taking cakes to the church, and loved her dogs. She was an active member of Broadus Baptist Church of Concord. Visitation will be Saturday, May 11, 2013 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Broadus Baptist Church, 59 Green St. Concord with the funeral service to follow at 11:00am. Burial will follow at West Concord Cemetery. Mrs. Ross is survived by her; husband, Bobby Gene Ross; brother, Bobby Wayne Roseman; sister-in-law, Brenda Ross; nieces and nephews, Mickey, Serena, Wayne and Kip. She was preceded in death by her mother Ruth Roseman Carter, step-father Al Carter and her grandfather John Henry Roseman.
