Peggy Wally

Peggy Ann Wally, 66, of Concord, NC passed away Sunday, October 6, 2019 surrounded by her loving family.

Peggy was born March 31, 1953 in Lancaster, SC to the late Delos McDowell Green Sr. and the late Elizabeth Wheeler Green.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ronald Wally; sisters Vandra, Nellie, Lucy and Juanita; and brother Junior.

Survivors include her son, Eddie Brown; granddaughter, Lacey Decker and her three children; sister Donna Green and her children Chris and Nina; sister Jeanette and her four children; companion Jasper Trull and daughter DeAnna and her five children; special friend Jean Britt; as well as her loving extended family.

Peggy worked many years at Fieldcrest Cannon, and later retired from Walmart.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and playing online games.  Peggy will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg, 12115 University City Blvd., Harrisburg, NC 28075.  The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM .  Burial will take place at the Carolina Memorial Park in Harrisburg.

Memorials may be made to the Breast Cancer Association in Peggy's name.
