Phil Howell

Phil Michael Howell, 69, of Concord, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2019 in Salisbury.

Phil was born November 26, 1949 in Cabarrus County to the late Phil S. Howell and Juanita Belk Howell.

He enjoyed fishing, traveling, loved classical music and reading. Phil was an Eagle Scout Order of the Arrow, and also a member of  The Order of DeMolay where he received the Degree of Chevalier.   He attended Kings College where he received his Business Degree.

The family will receive friends from 12 pm -1 pm on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Hartsell Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1 pm . Burial will take place in Carolina Memorial Park.

Survivors include Daughters Angela (Brent) Winter, Alyson ( Garrett) Plante; three grandchildren; brother, Joe Howell, one niece, and one nephew.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Rowan County and Hospice of Cabarrus County.
