Phoebe Evelyn Cook Wagoner, 81 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Friday, February 20, 2015.
Phoebe was born October 22, 1933 in Suffolk County, NY to the late Robert Walls Cook and the late Lillian Grace Peterson Cook.
The memorial service will be at 3 pm on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Central United Methodist Church, 172 N. Second St., Albemarle, officiated by Rev. Jim Yow.
She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Wine of Staunton, VA, Melissa Gruver of Lake Helen, FL, and Piper Repko and husband Karl of Charlotte, NC; six grandchildren, Rachel Fitchko and husband Jason, Gerardo Lopez, Fleetwood L. Gruver, Noah Repko, Paul Repko, and Sarah Repko; sister, Miriam Eller of Lexington, SC.
Phoebe loved tending to her garden, painting, photography, and hiking. She also loved all animals.
