Phyllis Maze

Phyllis Lee Maze, 77, of Concord, passed away Monday, February 17, 2014 at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast in Concord. Mrs. Maze was born December 29, 1936 in Ohio to the late Robert and Margaret Minamyer. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by brothers, John Mazzanti and Peter Louis Mazzanti; and sister, Peggy Lou Mazzanti Long. The family will recieve friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. The funeral service, officiated by Pastor Elizabeth Horton will follow in the chapel at 7:00pm. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Russell Maze of Concord, NC; children, Russell Maze, Jr., Teresa Maze Ungerer, Rose Maze Bouchonville and John Maze; grandchildren, Russell Maze III, Jason Maze, Julie Hackworth, Kim Ungerer, James Ungerer, Sara Maze, Stephanie Maze, Ryan Maze, Lisa Maze, Amanda Bouchonville and Matthew Bouchonville; and great grandchildren, Madison Hackworth, Sam Hackworth, Morgan Hackworth, Codie Pitre, Jesse Pitre, Christopher Maze, Zackary Bouchonville and Emily Bouchonville. Hartsell Funeral Home is serving the Maze family.
