Phyllis Morris

Phyllis Ann Morris, 75, of Norwood, passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Trinity Place in Albemarle.

Phyllis was born October 13, 1945 in Cabarrus County, North Carolina to the late Ernest Henderson Mauney and the late Louise Mauney. She was also preceded in death by sister, Betty Ruth Benton and brother, Bill Mauney.

Survivors include husband, Louis Leon Morris, Jr. of Norwood, NC, son, Louis Bradley Morris, daughter, Tracey Blackerby Scott and husband, Chris Scott, Natalie Morris Smith and husband, Michael Smith, Elizabeth Mache Martinez and husband, Jordan Martinez, grandchildren, Hunter Scott, Alex Scott, Destiny Scott, Alecx Hough, Alea Morris, James Michael Smith,  Elliana "Ellie" Scout Smith, Aubrey Martinez, and a great-grandson, Sebastian.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
