Phyllis Mullis

Phyllis Ann Mullis, 70 years of age, of Oakboro, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle. Phyllis was born June 19, 1944 in Stanly County to the late Collie Sandy Efird and the late Carrie Efird. She was also preceded in death by first husband, Harold Eugene Love, and husband, Ronald Eugene Mullis. The graveside service will be on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at 4:00 pm at Community Baptist Church Cemetery at 818 N. Central Ave. in Locust. The service will be officiated by Rev. Terrell Watts. Survivors include two daughters, Tina (Tommy) Ross of Oakboro and Wendy Hinson of Albemarle; four sons, Timothy "Timmy" Love of Cheraw, S. C., Jessie Eugene (Judy) Love of Kannapolis, Robin Wayne (Jamie) Love of Concord, and Ricky Love Hartsell of Concord; two stepsons, Gene Mullis of S. C. and Michael Mullis of Concord; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-granchildren.
