Phyllis White

Phyllis Ann White 78 of Concord, NC passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at Universal Healthcare in Concord. Born on January 24, 1931 in Cabarrus County to the late McCamey Bost White, Sr. and the late Vena Ann Garmon White. Also preceded in death by a brother McCamey Bost White, Jr. Miss White attended Pennsylvania Avenue Baptist Church. She retired from Fieldcrest Cannon and was an avid reader and loved cats. A visitaion will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home Concord on Thursday, December 17, 2009 from 12 Noon until 2 PM. Funeral services will follow in Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel at 2 PM, with the Rev. Marvin Honeycutt officiating. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. Survived by: sisters, Betty White Pope, Carolyn White Rabon, and Joyce Elaine White all of Concord; nephew, Jerry Wayne White of Concord; niece, Jodi Gentry Pope of China Grove.
