Pruette Honeycutt

Pruette Smith Honeycutt, 89, of Kannapolis, passed away Monday, January 30, 2023 at Atrium Health Cabarrus Hospital in Concord.

Mr. Honeycutt was born January 10, 1934 in Stanly County, North Carolina to the late Floyd Eli Honeycutt and the late Bertie Smith Honeycutt. He was also preceded in death by his spouse Peggy Joan Honeycutt, sisters; Helen Crisco, and Rachel Hinson, and brothers; Clint Honeycutt, Junior Honeycutt, and Milas Honeycutt.

He was a life long member and Deacon of Parkwood Baptist Church in Concord.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord.  The funeral service will be on Sunday at 2:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. Burial will follow at the Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis at Hwy. 29N at I85, Exit 58, Concord.

Survivors include son, Michael Honeycutt of Concord, NC, son, Ritchie Lynn Honeycutt of Concord, NC. Also surviving is his sister Geraldine Pope of Peachland, NC
