Ralph Eury

Ralph Clarence Eury, 80, of Albemarle, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Atrium Health Stanly in Albemarle.

Ralph was born March 20, 1941 in North Carolina to the late Robert Lee Eury and the late Estelle Sedberry Eury.
He was also preceded in death by brothers, Junior Eury, RJ Eury, Russell Eury, and Robert Eury, and his step-mother, Ruth M. Eury.

The graveside service will be on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 11:00 am at Palestine Cemetery at  35614 Palestine Road, Albemarle, officiated by Preacher Charles Carver. The family will receive friends for a viewing at the cemetery prior to the service, from 10:30 am - 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow the service.

Survivors include wife, Evelyn Virginia Eury of Albemarle, NC, daughters, Brenda Eury and Karen (Jerry) Sides of Albemarle, NC, and Angie (Lance Baldwin) Eury of Oakboro, NC,  granddaughter, Ashley (Larry) Marsters, grandson, Jacob Sides, great-granddaughters, Hayden Miller, Laya Miller, Ella Marsters, and Lilly Sides, brothers, Wayne Eury and Alan Eury.

Ralph loved the outdoors and being on his lawnmower or tractor and gardening. He enjoyed talking to everybody and was always happy and smiling. Ralph had a great sense of humor and loved telling jokes - the cheesier the better. Most importantly Ralph loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-granddaughters.
