Randy Furr

Randy Jay Furr, age 56 of 208 N. Slack Street, Albemarle, NC, passed away on September 6, 2011 at his home. There will be a graveside service at Fairview Memorial Park on Friday, September 9 at 4pm, officiated by Rev. Tom Andrufski. Mr. Furr was born in Stanly County on November 16, 1954, to the late Theodore Frank Furr and the late Ossie Bell Waller Furr. He is survived by his son, Dusty Jay Furr of Charlotte; brother, Tommy W. Furr of Albemarle; sisters, Toby F. Pickler of New London and Becky F. Jenkins of Concord. Mr. Furr was employed with the NC Department of Transportation in the maintenance department.
