Rayven Lambert

Rayven Lee Lambert, 86 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2017 at his home.
Mr. Lambert was born August 9, 1931 to the late Howard L. and Ada Ann Lambert. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by wives, Helen Rogers Lambert and Betty Lambert and brother, Houston Lambert. Rayven was a loving family man that enjoyed traveling and faithfully supported his church.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 11:00 am at Canton Baptist Church, 24615 Endy Rd. Albemarle, officiated by Rev. Mark Mabry. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery with military honors.
Survivors include: wife, Joan Lambert, daughters, Connie (Steve) Smith, Rhonda (Tom) French; stepchildren, Gloria (Ed) Roorda, Barbara (Jack) vanHoff, John (Terry) Kruis, Kenneth (Theresa) Kruis, Warren Lowder, Dwight Hall, 21 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; sister, Juanita Holland, and brother, Tony (Rita) Lambert.
