Rebecca Lynne Gardner, 64 years of age, of Locust, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2015 at CMC - NorthEast in Concord.
Mrs. Gardner was born April 16, 1951 in Stanly County to the late Walter Lee Harvell and the late Willie Christine Harvell.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm, Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The funeral service will be on Tuesday at 1:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel of Midland officiated by Rev. Russell McWhorter. Burial will follow at the Wayside Baptist Church Cemetery at 3606 Drake Road, Midland.
Survivors include husband, Ernest Daniel "Danny" Gardner of Locust; sons, Timothy (Cathy) Gardner of Stanfield and Terry (Marsha) Gardner of Locust; grandchildren, Teri (Darrell) Harris and Joshua Gardner all of Locust; sisters, Diane Taylor of Locust and Willie Thompson of Monroe.
