Richard Scott Eudy, 54, beloved son of the Lord, has gone home to be with his father, March 27, 2012, at The Brian Center, Salisbury. The family will receive friends from 6pm until 8pm on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at Hartsell Funeral Home, 522 N. Second Street, Albemarle, NC. The funeral service will be at 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Northgate Church, 1255 West Ridge Road, Salisbury, NC where he was a member. Pastor Ken Koontz will officiate. Born May 25, 1957 in Stanly County, he is a son of the late Donald Steven Eudy and Mary Lou Burleson Eudy of Albemarle. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Dawn Renee’ Mitchell Eudy of the home; daughters, Karen Eudy Crisco and Sara Eudy, both of Albemarle; stepdaughters, Megan Georgy and Jackie Maddry, both of Salisbury; stepson, Brandon Mitchell of San Diego, CA; granddaughter, Andrea Crisco of Stanfield; niece, Marissa Eudy and nephew, Dustyn Eudy, both of Albemarle. He was preceded in death by brothers, Steve Eudy and Mark Eudy. A graduate of West Stanly High School, he was a manager for IAC, formerly C&A of Albemarle, and a member of Northgate Church in Salisbury.
