Richard Mitchell Jordan II, 54 years of age, of Concord, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 in Concord.

Mr. Jordan was born August 30, 1960 in Cabarrus County to the late Richard Mitchell Jordan and Joyce McCrary Jordan, but he was raised by his step mother, Sue Falkner.

He loved his family and had a great sense of humor. He was an avid fisherman and he loved to sing and play his guitar. He was also a very hard worker.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be on Thursday at 3:00 pm at Remedy Church, 701 Union Cemetery Road, Concord officiated by Rev Ricky Hudson and Rev Jerry Tow. Burial will follow at the Carolina Memorial Park at Hwy. 29N at I85, Exit 58, Kannapolis.

Survivors include two sons, Phillip Jordan and Bobby Jordan; three daughters, Tiffany Trussell, Jessica Fuller and Taylor Woods; fiancee, Lori Woods; sisters Penny Simmons, Chris Honeycutt and husband Rex, Donna Spears and husband Chip and Wendy Bishop and husband Chad; brothers Roger Jordan and wife Linda, Steven Jordan and wife Serenna and Mark Tucker and wife Robin; grandsons, Cameron Hoffman and Blaze Ingle; granddaughters Nala Ingle and Kaydence Trussell, and special aunt and uncle, Paul and Jodie Jordan, and future mother in law Erma Battaglini.
