Richard Keith Polk, 70, of Concord, passed away Monday, July 7, 2014 at Brian Center in Concord.
Mr. Polk was born March 8, 1944 to the late Harry and Alena Polk.
The family will receive friends at McGill Baptist Church on Saturday, July 12, 2014 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm. The funeral service will follow at the church on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 1:00pm. Burial will be held at West Concord Cemetery on Saturday at 2:00pm.
