Robert Campbell

Robert "Bob" Lee Campbell, 85 years of age, and Bessie "Irene" Barbee Campbell, 83 years of age, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at their home.

Bob was born October 4, 1932 in Fayetteville, NC to the late Jesse Lee Campbell and the late Grace Alexander Campbell.

Irene was born November 4, 1934 in Concord, NC to the late Roy William Barbee and the late Idell Furr Barbee.
They were also preceded in death by their daughter Carol Jean Campbell Almond.

Survivors include their sons, Bobby Dean Campbell and wife Lori; Timothy Dale Campbell and wife Karen all of Concord, NC; grandchildren Timothy R. Campbell and wife Jacqulyn; Phillip A. Campbell and wife Brianne; Elizabeth Helms and husband Mark; great grandchildren Bristol Campbell, Tucker Campbell and Sadie Helms soon to be born.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 3:00pm on Sunday, December 17th at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. Their funeral services will follow at 3:00pm in the funeral home chapel, officiated by Rev. Joseph Harding, Jr. Burial will take place at the Oak Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oak Ridge Baptist Church Building Fund.
