Robert Veinot

Robert Dean Veinot, 85, of Concord, NC, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2011, in Tucker Hospice House of Kannapolis, NC. Mr. Veinot was born June 30, 1926 in Worcester, Massachusetts. He was preceded in death by his father, Angus Veinot and his mother, Mabel Veinot. Robert was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. He attended the Coltrane Life Center of Concord regularly and also attended First Christian Church of Concord. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 25, at First Christian Church of Concord, officiated by Rev. Stephen Mayhew. His wife, Karen Russell Veinot, survives. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Veinot family.
