Roger Ballard

Roger Woodrow Ballard, age 69, of Charlotte , passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013 at CMC- University. Mr. Ballard was born December 20, 1943 to the late Alfred and Roxie Ballard. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Saturday, June 29,2013 from 10:00am until 11:00am. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. James Smith will follow at 11:00am on Saturday. Burial will be held at Carolina Memorial Park. He is survived by his sister, Renay Ballard of Charlotte; seven loving friends, Mike Newsome, Edith Garland, Lawrence Floyd, Christy Lowery, Brittany Wallace, Kaylen Lee, Amanda Sharpe, and Wanda Tucker. Hartsell Funeral Home is serving the Ballard family.
