Ronald Barbee

Ronald Lee Barbee, 57, of Locust, passed away Monday, May 24, 2021 at his home.

Ronald was born September 14, 1963 in Cabarrus County to the late Gary Phillip Barbee and Patsy Jeannette Simpson Barbee. He was also preceded in death by his beloved grandfather, Cletus Barbee.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 2:45 pm, Friday, May 28, 2021 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The funeral service to celebrate his life will follow at 3:00 pm in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel.

In addition to his mother, Patsy Barbee, he is survived by his brothers, Gary Michael (Kay) Barbee, Jeffrey Lynn Barbee, Rick (Marie) Barbee, and Jerry Barbee; nieces, Mandy (Matthew) King, Lisa McGraw; numerous other nieces and nephews.

He was a loving son, brother, uncle, friend, and  "grandpa" to his beloved nieces and nephews. He enjoyed working on cars, spending time at the lake, and spoiling kids.
