Ronald Mooney

Ronald William “Ronnie” Mooney, Age 67 of 9700 Mount Pleasant Road, Midland, NC 28108 passed away on August 13, 2010 at Universal Healthcare in Concord. Visitation for Mr. Mooney will be Monday, August 16, 2010 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home – Midland. A graveside service will be at 2:00 pm Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at Millgrove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Midland the Rev. James O. Prichard Jr. officiating. He was born in Cabarrus County on September 05, 1942 to the late Harry William and Virginia Josephine Yates Mooney. Mr. Mooney was also preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret Mooney Clay; and a son, Robert W. Mooney; and one brother, Bobby Harold Mooney. Mr. Mooney was the retired owner of both ASR Auto in Midland and Mooney Hosiery of Locust and Stanfield. Ronald Mooney is survived by a daughter, Janice Eury and husband Ronald of Mt.Pleasant NC; a sister, Lana Hathcock and husband Doug Linker of Concord; a brother, Johnny “Jack” Mooney of Midland; and one granddaughter Magan Eury.
