Ronnie Scott

Ronnie James Scott, 38, of Concord, NC passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019.

Ronnie was born April 24, 1981 in Concord, NC to Alan Lee Scott, Sr. and the late Cheryl Ann Scott.

Survivors include his wife, Jessica Horne Scott; father Alan Lee Scott, Sr. and wife Kathy; brother Alan Lee Scott, Jr. and wife Sabra; brother Ricky Dale Scott and wife Elizabeth; nieces and nephews Jordan Scott Humphrey, Maya Linker, Christian Scott, Colton Scott, Riley Scott, Katelyn Scott and Matty Lowman; father in law and mother in law Jimmy and Nancy Horne; as well as sister in law Anneliese Lowman and husband Jon; and his fur baby girl, Brie.

Ronnie was loved by all who knew him.  He loved his family and friends, his dog Brie and cat Purdy, and especially his country music.  Ronnie was a huge Carolina Panthers fan, and also enjoyed fantasy football.  He was a hard working country boy who loved his truck and had a big heart for everyone in his life.  Ronnie will be truly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 4:45 pm, Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord, 460 Branchview Dr., Concord, NC 28025. The funeral service will follow at 5:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Pastor Michael Taylor.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ronnie's name may be made to the Mt. Pleasant Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 1076, Mt. Pleasant, NC 28124.
