Rosa Lee Hamilton, 82 years of age, of Polkton, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015 at her residence.
Rosa Lee was born July 30, 1932 in North Carolina to the late Mallie D. Thomas and Minnie Allen Thomas.
She was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Edward Hamilton, 8 brothers and sisters and a step-grandson, Phillip Myers.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Monday, May 18, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. A graveside service will be on Tuesday at 11:00 am at Rocky Mount Baptist Church Cemetery in Polkton officiated by Rev. Billy Hill and Rev. Rex Burleson .
Survivors include son, Garry (Tonda) Hamilton of Oakboro, NC, son, Ricky (Misty) Hamilton of Polkton, son, Jeff (Treasa) Hamilton of Polkton, NC, Four grandchildren, Brandon, Matthew, and Michelle Hamilton, and Brooke Scott, step-grandson, Sean Myers.
