Ruby Bailey

Ruby Ovella Bailey, 90 years of age, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Bailey was born June 16, 1923 to the late Charles Hapmton Henry and Lillie Jane Henry. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband in 1998, Melvin Bailey. The memorial service will be at Carolina Memorial Park on Monday, July 15, 2013 at 11:00am officiated by Rev. Bobby Backwell. Survivors include two sons, William Knowles Jr. of Salisbury, NC and Michael Bailey of Concord, NC; and three grandchildren. Hartsell Funeral Home is serving the Bailey family.
