Sandra (McLain) Jamerson, age 51, of 11900 Jim Sossoman Rd, Midland, N.C., died Saturday, June 13, 2009, at Sentara Bayside Hospital, VA in Virginia Beach, Va. She was born July 4, 1957 in Union County, NC. Mrs. Jamerson attended Word of Christ Ministries. The family will meet at the home on 11900 Jim Sossoman Rd, Midland,NC She was the daughter of Houston Junior McLain and Flonnie Aileen (Griffin) McLain. She is survived by her husband Charles Wesley Jamerson of Midland,NC Son-Latta Rowell of Marshville, N.C. Daughters-Shannon Maddox of Appomattox, Va.,Shaunna Purcell of Appomattox, Va., Amanda Lundy of Forest, Va. Brothers,Rev. Gary McLain of Monroe, N.C.,Steve McLain of New Salem, N.C. Grandchildren, Tiffany, Lillian, Sawyer and Caleb She was preceded by a grandchild, Cynthia Rowell. Arrangements are being handled by Hartsell Funeral Home - Midland, N.C., where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, June 16, 2009. Funeral service will be at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel - Midland at 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 17, 2009 , Rev. Gary McLain Rev. Junior Bryant officiating. Interment will be at Ritch Cemetery in Indian Trail, N.C.
