Sandra Wells

Sandra Weeks Wells, age 45, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away at her home on Monday, May 30, 2016 with her loving family and friends by her side. A loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Sandra was a native of McDowell County, North Carolina. Born on October 15, 1970, she was the daughter of the late James Alfred Weeks and Debra Mace Biggers of Marion.

In addition to her mother, Debra Biggers, she is survived by her companion, Eddie Hamrick; five children, Arvil Lee Morgan, Jessica Peck, Wesley Burton, Jesse Burton, Tonya Weeks; six siblings, April Asher, Barbara Griffin, Jimmy, Teddy, Joseph, and Pansy Weeks; 16 grandchildren; and her fur baby, River.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter. She enjoyed anything arts and crafts. She loved the outdoors, music, and spending time with her friends and family. Sandra was a CNA. She was the most awesomest and giving person, and will be missed by all those that were fortunate enough to know her. Even though she lost the battle, she won the war.

The family would like to thank her caregiver, Katie Cordell, for standing by her through her battle.
