Sanford Parker

Sanford Stephen “Steve” Parker, 60, of 28044 Parker Road, Albemarle, NC passed away on July 17, 2011 at WG Bill Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, July 24 at Shepherds Chapel Community Church. The family will receive friends after the service at the church. Pastor Les Schofield will officiate the service. Mr. Parker was born in Stanly County on May 29, 1951 to the late Sanford Solomon Parker and Ruth Jacqueline Sides Parker. Mr. Parker is survived by his son, Stephen Parker of Albemarle; and sister, Debbie Burleson of Albemarle.
