Sarah Linker

Sarah Frances Linker, 91, of Concord, passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2012, at Transitional Healthcare in Kannapolis. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Monday, May 7, 2012 from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. The funeral service, officiated by Reverend Jeffrey Rushing, will follow in the Hartsell Funeral Home chapel at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. Frances was born June 29, 1920, to the late Clyde William Corzine. and the late Mary Belle Whitley Corzine. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Webster Johnson Linker, Sr. She is survived by five children, Nancy Honeycutt and her husband Pruett of Kannapolis, Lynn Linker and his wife Kathy of Goldsboro, John Linker and his wife Shirley of Salisbury, Perry Linker of Concord and Harriett Cooke and her husband Morris of Durham; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Westford United Methodist Church, 273 Highway 49 S, Concord, NC 28025. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Linker family.
