He was a loving father who adored Ciara and Austin. He enjoyed living on the lake, boating, and spending precious moments with Ciara talking and fishing. There was never a prouder father than when Scott learned of Austin excelling at ASU. These precious moments will forever remain in their hearts. Scott and his brother / best friend Stephen spent many an hour working on a houseboat, on the lake, or on the ski slopes enjoying their time together. Cherished beach trips with family and extended family would always involve Scott riding the waves or throwing a baseball on the beach with his children.

As an avid pet lover, he often referred to his boxers, Jake and Cash, as one in a million. He was a hard worker who would do just about anything he set his mind to and if he couldn't, he would learn the task. He was very reliable and had many friends in the surrounding areas that could count on him.
