Scott Wade

Scott Edwin Wade, 50, of Charlotte, went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro. Scott was born October 26, 1961, in Mecklenburg County, to Charles Edwin Wade and the late Linda Sue McCarter Wade. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m., Monday, July 2, 2012, at Hartsell Funeral Home in Midland. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, with a 30 minute state prior to the service, at Clear Creek Baptist Church, 9015 Ferguson Road, Charlotte, NC 28227. Rev. Don Lisk will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery. Scott is survived by his son, Brandon Wade of Monroe; his daughter, Amanda Wade of Monroe; his father, Charles Wade and step-mother, Barbara of Indian Trail; his sister, Karen Wade Ferguson and husband James of Charlotte; his brother, Keith Wade and wife Vickie of Waxhaw; and former wife and mother of his two children, Lora Wade of Monroe. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Haley Wade, Stacy Ferguson, Tiffany Arrowood, Ryan Wade, Jason Wade, and Chris Ferguson.
