Shanna Cain

Shanna Anngena Cain, 36, of Concord, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022.

She was born June 18, 1986 in Baltimore, Maryland to Michael Cain and Anna Gubert Cain.

She was preceded in death by her maternal Grandparents Harry W. Gubert - Margaret A. Donnelly and paternal Grandparents Robert G. Cain and Imo-Gene Quesinberry.

Shanna Anngena Cain will be missed by ALL. Shanna was kind, giving, smart and a B-E-A UTIFUL woman. She was ALWAYS the first person to jump in when her family/friends or community needed something. Lead a fund raiser, go visit a sick friend or her favorite coordinating an event. Shanna’s other favorite thing was being at home, No Matter where she lived…. In the center of the worst part of town, once entering her home, you immediately felt at HOME inside was inviting, warm and charming. Shanna’s profession was that of a server she could run a restaurant all by herself. She loved her customers almost like family, sharing many of their stories with me. When COVID hit Shanna transitioned her career to education seeking her degree in Substance Abuse counseling. Shanna would want all of us to be KIND, GIVING, LOVING and HAPPY.

A Celebration of Shanna's Life will be held on October 8, 2022 from 11am- 1 pm at Friendship Southern Baptist Church in Concord, Pastor Dave Canfield to officiate. Inurnment will be private.

Survivors include father, Michael Cain of Concord, NC, mother, Anna Gubert Cain; sons Michael Dunn and Mason Fink;sisters Shena Pickett and Tammi Fisher, brother in-law Justin Fisher. Nephews and Niece; Andrew Thomas, Tyler Pickett, Thomas Gee, Troy Lequia, Talia Fisher.
