Sheila Ashburn

Sheila Lynn Ashburn, age 60 of Oakboro passed away on November 10, 2010 at her home. A memorial service will be held, Sunday, November 14, 2010, at West Stanly Baptist Church, 24172 NC Hwy 24/27, Albemarle NC. The Rev. Ron Nichols will officiate. She was born to the late John Paul and Barbara York Lynch in , Knox County, Tennessee on July 29, 1950. She is survived by her husband Lanny “Bo” Darrell Ashburn of the home; three daughters, Tracy Marlow of Oakboro, April Tabaka of Alpharetta, GA, Teresa Taylor of Cary, NC; one brother, Robbie Lynch of Stuart FL; three sisters; Vickie Maus of Stuart FL, Paula Lynch of Oakboro, Sharon Panaro of Palm City, FL, and eight grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 600 Fairview Road, #648, Charlotte, NC 28210.
