Sheilah Sellers

Sheilah Pugh Sellers, of Concord, passed away peacefully on her 90th birthday, Monday, November 2, 2020 at home.

Sheilah was born November 2, 1930 in Gloucester, England, to the late Hubert George Pugh and the late Mary Elizabeth Power Pugh.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edwards Sellers; two sisters and four brothers.

Sheilah retired from the dietary department at NorthEast Hospital in Concord.  She was a loving mother, sister and nana who always had a smile and kind words for everyone she met. She enjoyed going to the beach and crocheting. Above all, her greatest love was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Survivors include daughter, Sharon Allison and husband, Alan, of Concord; son, Gary Sellers and wife, Patsy, of Concord; son, Lin Sellers and wife, Debbie, of Concord; son, Dean Sellers and wife, Shelia, of Concord; brother, Maurice Pugh of Essex, England, six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Private services were held on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord, officiated by Rev. Steve Davis.  Sheilah was laid to rest at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis.
