Shelby Noles

Shelby Katrine Noles, 72, of Abingdon, formerly of Concord, passed away Monday, January 6, 2014. Mrs. Shelby was born March 30, 1941 to the late William and Minnie Shue. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by son, Larry Wayne Noles Jr., seven sisters, Shirley McAdams, Jerril Mullis, Jean Henshaw, Ruby Carter, Mary Turner, Margie Shue and Dolly Shue; and two brothers, Pete Shue and Bud Shue. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home on Thursday, January 9, 2014 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Ron Young, will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Friday, January 10, 2014 at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Cabarrus Memorial Gardens 3892 Hwy 73 East, Concord, NC. She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Noles; three children, Tamara Chisholm and husband Tim of Rockwell, Teresa Boyd and husband Rick of VA and Regena Dabbs and husband Waylan of Florida; a brother, Ira Shue of Concord; and a special niece, Sylvia Shepperson and husband Jerry of VA; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the administration and staff of Abingdon Health and Rehabilitation as well as Hometown Hospice.
