Sherry Jordan

Sherry A. Jordan, 54, of Harrisburg, NC passed away early Saturday morning, August 5, 2017 at her home in Harrisburg with her family by her side..

Sherry was born August 21, 1962 in Charlotte, NC to the late Paul B. and Ivey Ashman.
She was also preceded in death by her loving son, Josh M. Jordan on April 30, 2008.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 10, 2017 with funeral service to follow at the Hartsell Funeral Home, 12115 University City Blvd in Harrisburg, NC. 28075 with Curtis Moore, pastor and Mike Nchay, pastor.

Survivors include her loving and devoted husband of 37 years, Jeff Jordan of Harrisburg, NC; her beloved daughter, Ashley M. Jordan and her fiancee' Nick Hayes of Lexington, NC; Her sister, Vicky Davis (Dirk) Samples also of Harrisburg, NC; A brother, Larry (Pam) Strickland of Cornelius, NC, brother, Danny (Vickie) Ashman; sister, Deborah Martin both of Garner, NC, 7 rambunctious Grandchildren: Abigail, Aiden, Baylea, Payton, Noah, Madison and Ava. Other survivors include her Cherished Nephew, Damian Davis of Harrisburg, NC. and one niece and many nephews.

Memorials may be made on behalf Mrs. Jordan to the Humane Society of Concord, NC. 2010 Wilshire Court Concord, NC. 28025.

Sherry will be deeply missed by her loving and devoted family and many friends. May God grant her eternal rest.
