Shirley Ridenhour

Shirley Joanne Ridenhour, 63 years of age, of New London, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2018.

Mrs. Ridenhour was born August 5, 1954 to the late Harvey Jackson and Beatie Sue Sinclair. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Jackie Burleson.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle, and at other times at the home. The memorial service will be held on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel officiated by Rev. Danny Laws.

Survivors include: husband, Roger Ridenhour; daughter, Crystal Ridenhour; son, Junior and wife Ashley Ridenhour; grandchildren, Joanna, Courtney, Johnnie, Caroline, Kylee; great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Carson; sisters, Betty and husband Reggie Burris, Tammy and Gerald Davis and son Rylan; brother, Allen and wife Carla Sinclair; sister-in-laws, Regina Ridenhour and husband Wayne, Kaye and husband Robert Goodman, Karen Edwards; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Stanly County & The Uwharrie, 960 North First Street, Albemarle, NC. 28001, in tribute to her family.
