Soua Vue Cha, age 51 of 1310 Ashe St., Albemarle, North Carolina 28001, passed away on June 15, 2010 at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle. Visitation will be from 8 am on Friday, June 25, 2010 through 12 noon Sunday, June 27, 2010 at 127 Charter Street, Albemarle. When not at Charter Street, the family will be at her home, 1310 Ash Street. Graveside service will be at 12 noon on Sunday, June 27 at Stanly Gardens of Memory, Albemarle, NC. Born in Laos on September 02, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Sia Mao Vue and the late Chao Thao Vue. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Kai Cha of the home; daughter, Son Cha and husband Seng Xue Yang; three brothers, Vang Vue, Lue Vue and Yer Vue all of Sacramento, Calif.; three sisters, Tong Xiong, Aimee Yang and Nou Lee all of Sacramento, Calif. and 4 grandchildren.
