Tamara "Tammy" Howell, 57 years of age, of Concord, NC passed away Monday, November 14, 2016 at Carolinas HealthCare System NorthEast in Concord after a brief illness.
"Cissy", as she was known by her family and close friends, was born June 16, 1959 in Charlotte, NC to Marvin Taylor Howell Sr. and Betty Lowe Howell. In addition to her parents, Cissy is survived by her brothers, Mark Howell, Paul Howell, Alex Howell and Doc Reedy.
Cissy was big-hearted and loved animals and was fond of feeding the birds around her home daily. She loved artwork and was a very talented artist who enjoyed drawing. She found great joy in expressing herself through her artwork. Cissy was known to make the best plate of spaghetti for Pop this side of the Mississippi. She was a devoted fan of Days of Our Lives for nearly 45 years. She will be dearly missed by her friends and family.
There will be an informal drop-by gathering in celebration of Cissy's life in the Fellowship Hall at Southside Baptist Church in Mooresville, NC on Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016 from 2-4 pm. 525 S Broad St., Mooresville, NC 28115
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your local Humane Society.
