Tammy Lefler

Tammy Jenae Lingerfelt Lefler, 56 years of age, of Concord, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at home with her family by her side.

Tammy was born July 20, 1959 in Concord, NC to the late Robert "Gene" Lingerfelt and Jennie Lingerfelt. She was also preceded in death by her grandmother Grace Jacobs.

Survivors include her husband, Archie Lefler; her children, Franklin, Larry, Robert and Jennie; granddaughter, Lily Lefler; her mother, Jennie Lingerfelt; sisters, Beverly Eury and Gina Milam; her brother, Robert Lingerfelt, Jr.; as well as several nieces and nephews.

She loved her family and the country life they lived. Tammy enjoyed her cows, chickens, goats and her dog Brownie. She also enjoyed going to the coast and fishing. Tammy made friends everywhere she went. She always had a kind word for everyone.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be Friday at 1:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel of Concord, officiated by Rev. Tommy Brown. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.
