Mr. Ted William Earnhardt 64 of 4888 Thunderbolt Road Concord passed away on Saturday August 15, 2009 at Tucker Hospice House. He was born on February 10, 1945 in Cabarrus County to the late Roy William Earnhardt and the late Maggie (Eudy) Earnhardt. The family meeting place will be at 79 Peachtree Avenue Concord, NC. The visitation will be from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM on Wednesday August 19, 2009 at Hartsell Funeral Home-Concord. The funeral service will follow at 4:00 PM in the Hartsell Funeral Home-Concord Chapel. The Rev. Grady Lomax will officiate. The burial will follow at First Baptist Church Cemetery Mt. Pleasant, NC. Mr. Earnhardt was an Auto Technician. Survivors include his son, Ted Earnhardt, Jr. of Concord, NC. brothers, Bill Earnhardt of Florida, Joe Earnhardt of Kannapolis, NC. Ned Earnhardt of Salisbury, NC. sisters, Peggy Wagner of Albemarle, NC. Freda Shoe of Mt. Pleasant, NC. Mary Harkey of Concord NC.
