Terry Wayne Goode, 62 years of age, of Concord, passed away Friday, after a hard-fought battle with cancer, July 22, 2016 at Carolinas HealthCare System NorthEast.
Terry was born July 23, 1953 in Concord to the late Henry Baxter Goode and the late Virgie Lee Goode.
He was also preceded in death by brother, Robert Ashley Goode.
The family will receive friends from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm, Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be on Sunday at 5:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord and will be officiated by Rev Leah Leath.
Survivors include wife, Jan Allen Goode of Concord; son, Chris Goode of Concord; daughter, Amber Dawn Goode of Mooresville; three grandchildren, Christopher, Megan, and Damian; two great grandchildren, Justin and Addyson; sister, Linda Goode (William C.) Hanks of Raleigh; sister, Vickie Goode Culp of Concord; parents-in-law, Jimmie and Judy Allen of Mint Hill; brother-in-law, Russell Allen of Mint Hill; numerous nephews; and beloved mutt, Luna.
Terry was a beloved husband, friend, father, and brother. He was a faithful employee of Berenfield Containers in Harrisburg for over 40 years. He loved head-banging rock n' roll and fishing.
