Terry Starnes

Terry Rene Proctor Starnes, 54, of Concord, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Tucker Hospice House. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Saturday, June 23, 2012, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Roger Bostic, will be held in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. after visitation. Burial will follow at West Concord Cemetery. Terry was born on November 17, 1957, to the late James Paul Proctor and the late Gatha Mae Shoe Proctor. She was a loving wife, mom and a beloved friend. She is survived by her husband, Danny Ray Starnes; three sons, Scotty Starnes of Concord, Jason Starnes and wife, Lisa, of Kannapolis and Jimmy Starnes of Concord; a brother, Perry Proctor of Salisbury; seven grandchildren, Michael, Brittany, Leah, Hayley, Selena, Justin and Noah; and many nieces and nepews.
