Theresa "Teri" Ludwig Fleck

Theresa (Teri) A. Fleck (Ludwig), 89, formerly of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025, at 5 Oaks Nursing Home in Concord, NC.

Theresa was born on September 12, 1935, in Indiana County, PA, to the late Karl and Anna Ludwig. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Willard Fleck, husband of 50 years. She was also preceded in death by her 9 siblings.

She is survived by daughter, Stacey Wilson of Concord, NC; son, Jeffrey Fleck and wife Sherri of Forest, VA; grandchildren, Brittany Nicole Wilson of Charlotte, NC; Heather Wilson Thayer and husband Nick of Willow Spring, NC; Kimberly Fleck Williamson and husband Steven of Kannapolis, NC; Matthew Camden Fleck and wife Leigha of Raleigh, NC; Ian Christopher Fleck of Forest, VA; and her great-grandson, Brayden Andrew Thayer. 

Theresa graduated from nursing school in 1956 and worked her entire career at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed sewing, traveling, golfing, cooking, and participating in many church functions, in PA, as well as after moving to Concord. She enjoyed her grandchildren and was so delighted to welcome her first great grandchild last year.

There will be a private ceremony at St. James Lutheran Church in Concord, at a later date.
