Thomas Love

Thomas Loyd Love, 76, of Concord, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2013 at CMC-NorthEast. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 from 6 until 8 pm. The funeral service will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home Concord Chapel on Wednesday, January 30th at 11 am with Pastor Robert Lovett officiating. Burial will follow at Cabarrus Memorial Gardens. Mr. Love was born on January 31, 1936 in Stanly County, to the late Dewey Love and Addie Kiser Love. He loved working outdoors. In addition to his parents Mr. Love is preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Hinson Love of the home; son, Darrell Love and wife Amy of Mt. Pleasant; step-sons, Tony Little of of Stanfield, Dale Little and wife Jean of Locust; brothers, Martin and Lee Love of Stanfield; sisters, Betty Reeder of Rockwell, and Louise Love of FL; grandsons, Matthew Love and wife Susan of Kannapolis, Wesley Love of Mt. Pleasant, and Matthew Cline and wife Sharday of Midland; granddaughters, Tracy Staton of Midland, Holly McCurach of Concord, and Maggie Gwaltney of Midland; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
