Thomas Morrison

Thomas Linley Morrison, 83 years of age, of Midland, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2015 at his home.
Mr. Morrison was born March 25, 1932 in Cabarrus County to the late Arthur Caldwell Morrison and the late Carrie Isabell Gardner Morrison. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Oren Caldwell Morrison, Wade Calvin Morrison, Larry Eugene Morrison; and sister, Mary Alice Morrison Linker.
Mr. Morrison was a truck driver for Homelite and earned the Multi-Million Mile Award for Safe Driving. He was also a veteran of the Army.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Fannie Jeanette Morrison of the home; sons, Jeffrey Wayne Morrison of Midland and William Jeremy Morrison of Concord; daughters, Judy Lynne Morrison Eudy of Concord, Jacqueline Denise Morrison Shipman of FL; sister, Emma Louise Morrison Owens of Greenville, N. C.; grandchildren, Shannon Love, Anna Morrison, Michael Eudy, Russell Eudy, Jason Eudy, Brittany Eudy, Chad Morrison, Joshua Morrison, and Andrew Oster; and great-grandchildren, Landon Morgan, Jayce Eudy, Grayson Eudy, Olivia Moore, and Parker Eudy.
