Thomas Simpson

Thomas Lee Simpson, 68 years of age, of Richfield, passed away Friday, November 15, 2013. Thomas was born June 5, 1945 in North Carolina to the late Floyd Lamont Simpson and the late Maggie Lucy Jane Lanier Simpson. He was also preceded in death by brother, Lamont Simpson; sisters, Sue Carter, Gail Burroughs and Barbara Simpson. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Albemarle. The funeral service officiated by Pastor Ron Nichols will be at 11:00 am, Wednesday, November 27, 2013 in the Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel in Albemarle. Burial will follow at Rehobeth Cemetery in Norwood. He is survived by brother, Charles Simpson; sister, Pauline Doris Edwards and husband, Wayne of New London; brothers, James Edward Simpson and Cecil Wayne Simpson and wife Patricia of Albemarle.
