Thomas Ziegler

Thomas Ziegler 93 of 37 Plott Drive Concord passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at CMC-NorthEast Medical Center. Born on December 12, 1916 in Germany to the late Thomas Ziegler and the late Lena Mackowiak Ziegler. Mr. Ziegler was a retired machinist with Niagara Machine & Tool in Buffalo, NY. He was a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church. Thomas was a avid gardener, taking pride in his flower garden. He received many trophies, along with Queen of show for his roses and orchids. The family meeting place will be the home. A Memorial service will be held at St. Martin Lutheran Church on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 4 PM, with the Pastor John Merck officiating. The family will receive friends at the church after the service. Survived by: wife, Cecile Schiller Ziegler of the home; son, Kenneth Ziegler and wife Sabrina of Concord; daughters, Lynn Myers and husband Barry of Concord, Karin Ziegler of Germany; grandchildren, Nathan and Kirsten Ziegler, Kyle Ziegler, Alexander Myers, Jennifer Myers, Sabina Hein, Olaf Jess; great-grandson, Dominick Hein.
