Mr. Timothy Jason Drumm, 42, of Harrisburg passed away Sunday, August 11, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Amsterdam,NY on September 2, 1970. Timothy excelled in all sports and graduated Valedictorian from Canajoharie High School. He also graduated with honors from SUNY Albany with undergraduate and masters degrees. Following his education he was employed by NBT Bancorp as a Mortgage Manager before relocating to Charlotte,NC where he was an Audit Team Leader with Wells Fargo. Tim was a co-founder and coach for the Canajoharie Youth Football and following relocation to North Carolina was a volunteer coach with Harrisburg Youth Association. He was a loyal fan of the Miami Dolphins and LA Dodgers. Known for his gentle sarcasm and quick wit, Tim's greatest asset was as a loving dad, husband, brother and son. A memorial service will be held friday, August 16, 2013 at 10:30 am at Mt. Hermon Lutheran Church, 3600 US 601, Concord, NC 28025 with Rev. Kim E. Trabold officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Mr. Drumm is survived by his wife, Tina Drumm; son, Justin William Drumm; daughter, Allison Noelle Drumm; parents, Gray and Fran Drumm of Canajoharie, NY; brothers, Gregory Drumm(Cathy) of Chittenagngo,NY and Richard Drumm (Jamie)of Harrisburg,NC;Nephew Kevin Drumm; niece Emily Drumm and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Elizabeth Montanye and William and Alma Drumm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Center for Donation and Transplant, 218 Great Oaks Blvd.,Albany,NY 12203 or Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region, 8919 Park Rd., Charlotte,NC 28210. The family would life to thank Dr. John Mahoney and the staff of Carolina Hematology-Oncology Associated, Dr. Todd Griffith and the team at Metrolina Nephrology Associates and especially the many coworkers and friends who offered support and assistance during Tim's illness.
